Not only was she patient with us through our search (and we searched a while), she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us find the home of our dreams. After a couple months of looking we narrowed our search to one neighborhood, and were completely set on finding an end-unit home. In this market that seemed nearly impossible because the houses in this neighborhood were going really fast and above the asking price. However, Patti wrote letters and sent them to each end unit townhouse in the neighborhood, which is how we eventually ended up finding and purchasing our home through a private sale.
